  • How to Order on our Website
    Select the product you would like to purchase and click ADD TO CART if you're shopping for multiple items OR select BUY NOW if it's the only item you want to purchase. When you select BUY NOW you will be redirected to the check out page to make payment; follow the instructions and enter all the necessary details. If you have a discount code you can enter it here. If you're in Ghana you can enter 00233 as the postal code if you're unsure, click continue when done and move to the next step. Select your delivery location and proceed to make payment. You will be redirected to PAYSTACK, our secure payment platform. Select the payment option you're most comfortable with ie APPLE PAY ( for international customers) or select MORE to be directed to CARD ( all credit/debit cards local and international) or MOBILE MONEY. You will receive an email confirming your order. If you're shopping for multiple items, use the ADD TO CART button for each product, when you're done select the cart button at the top right corner of your screen, view your cart and proceed to CHECKOUT. Follow the same instructions above to complete your order.

    You can order through our WhatsApp line by sending us a message through our WhatsApp line +233 244 3777 57. Send us the item you'd like to order, make payment through our mobile money number +233 244 3777 57, send a screen shot as proof of payment, and your name, phone number and delivery location.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship to most countries. Please check if DHL operates in your area before purchase. Also note that some orders may incur custom duty, depending on the country, we have no control over this.
  • Can your product be used on relaxed hair?
    Yes, all our products can be used for relaxed(permed) hair
  • Can children use your products?
    We only recommend our prodcuts for children three(3) years and above, except the product indicates that it is for children
  • Why is my product hard or appearing cloudy?
    Depending on your region and weather conditions there, our product may appear hard in colder regions or cloudy and separated in warm regions; this is perfectly normal because of all the natural ingredients we use. You can melt it over warm water,stir,let it cool and you'll have your product back to normal.
  • How do I know if I'm allergic to any of your ingredients?
    All our products are made with mostly natural ingredients; we do however recommend a patch test if you're a little unsure about how you'll react to them.
  • Will it change the colour of my hair?
    Because of some of the natural ingredients in our products,its possible that they can darken your hair. However this depends on use and varies from person to person.
  • How long will it take to see results?
    It takes about 4-6 weeks to notice changes in your hair,but it's important to note that results may vary. Take a before and after picture to track progress so you can see the difference. You should see a dermatologist if extreeme hair loss perssits as this maybe due to a medical issue. When treating hair loss, take extra care of your hair, do not be aggressive in how you handle your hair. Avoid tight protective styles that may put a strain on your hair, especially tight ponytails.
  • Can I purchase your products on wholesale?
